ArtWear Elements® happily combines shipping for multiple items purchased.

Your order is usually shipped within 7 to 10 'business' days if not sooner: depending on the size of your order and the custom work required. Your package will be processed in the order it is received.

Shipping prices are adjusted according to the USPS system as they raise their prices. I calculate shipping according to the actual weight.

*PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE to avoid possible delays and possible loss. If you do not receive your package in a reasonable amount of time, please contact your post office to see if your package accidentally was put on a wrong route by the US Postal System and possibly being held up at a wrong Post Office near you, or perhaps delivered to the wrong address, or any other Post Office errors. If that fails, please contact us and we will be happy to contact your US post office as well to try to find out where things went wrong. We are dedicated to doing everything we can to assist you and help you to have a pleasant buying experience from beginning to end.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please contact ArtWear Elements® for a shipping quote before purchase if the calculated shipping seems off and we will do a manual check for you.
PLEASE be assured that if an unreasonable shipping overage occurs for your purchase; you will be refunded the difference minus any refund processing fees.

You are responsible for your customs fees so please make sure you are fully informed before purchase what your custom regulations are for your country.
