Returns and Exchange Policy

Ship items back within:10 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Please contact us first before returning; with bubble wrap would be appreciated, and a tracking number so we can track it’s return.

RE SILK PURCHASES
Detailed descriptions of all items sold have been given so please read the descriptions before purchase. Please keep in mind regarding the silks that even though they are new, they are recycled and Fair Trade items to support a cause. If you are looking for like new perfection from recycled items then you should not purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or returns, or exchanges for custom orders due to the fact they are customized and handmade to your requirements.
